The Growth Technology Team is internally focused on deploying technology solutions to turbocharge growth at Cloudbeds. As a Growth Technology Data Analyst at Cloudbeds, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing data from a variety of sources, including internal subscriptions, customer surveys, and publicly available industry datasets. Your insights will directly contribute to understanding and reducing customer churn, setting strategic pricing models, and shaping the architecture of Cloudbeds' growth strategies.
What You Will Do:
Leverage advanced data analysis techniques to understand customer behaviors, identify churn patterns, and uncover opportunities for growth.
Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decisions regarding pricing, product enhancements, and market expansion. Be able to present and defend these analyses to various stakeholders across the organization, from C-level to front-line managers
Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams to implement and determine success of growth initiatives based on your findings.
Develop and monitor metrics to reduce churn, using predictive analytics to identify at-risk customers and recommend proactive solutions.
Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer willingness to pay to advise on pricing strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive.
You’ll Succeed With:
Mastery of Excel for advanced data analysis and manipulation
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
At least 3 years of total professional experience, with a minimum of 2 years focused on data analysis.
Proficient in using data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or similar software to create insightful dashboards and reports.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability and desire to thrive in a fast paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, *in English*
Bonus Points For:
Previous experience at a SaaS company
Advanced technical degrees
Certifications in data-related technologies (warehousing, analysis, transformation, etc)
Strong cross-cultural communication skills
