What You’ll Do
Lead Ideation and Development: Drive the creation and launch of experiments, interfaces, and features across mobile web, mobile app, and desktop.
Build and Execute Growth Roadmaps: Focus on optimizing conversion rates and customer lifetime value (LTV) through rigorous A/B and multivariate testing.
Champion Experimentation: Leverage agile, lean, and scrum practices to continuously test hypotheses and iterate quickly based on learnings.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Engineering, Design, User Research, and Analytics to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities.
Generate Deep Customer Insights: Partner with researchers to uncover user pain points, validate ideas, and ensure solutions truly resonate.
Translate Insights into Action: Use usability studies, behavior data, and research to define clear, outcome-driven product requirements.
Own Product Metrics: Define success criteria, monitor performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
Think Like an Entrepreneur: Identify new product opportunities, challenge the status quo, and influence strategic direction with a growth mindset.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
Mid-Level: 3+ years in B2C product management (web and mobile).
Senior-Level: 5+ years, with a strong track record of leading complex product initiatives from idea to impact.
Testing Mastery: Deep experience designing and running A/B and multivariate tests, interpreting results, and acting on insights.
Analytical Mindset: Strong proficiency in using data to inform priorities, measure impact, and challenge assumptions.
Independent Execution: Self-starter who can work autonomously, set direction, and deliver results with minimal guidance.
