About this role:

Hi, I’m Justin and I lead the marketing team at Found. Our team is responsible for building and executing Found’s customer acquisition strategy across organic and paid channels. We are looking for an experienced, analytical growth marketer to join our team and take ownership over our paid social program. In this role, you will lead channel strategy and execution to acquire new customers and drive revenue growth.

Your initial focus will be on driving growth through Found’s paid social channels (e.g. Meta, Tiktok, and Reddit), but be prepared to support and drive acquisition efforts across other performance channels and strategic initiatives as Found scales. In this role, you’ll have complete channel ownership from creative strategy, to testing roadmap and media-mix. If you’re an intellectually curious person who thrives at the intersection of data, creativity, and execution this could be a great fit. Day to day, you will:

  • Develop and execute full-funnel customer acquisition campaigns across paid media channels, including Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, and emerging platforms.

  • Own the end-to-end campaign process from brief development and stakeholder alignment to creative execution, launch, and reporting.

  • Execute continuous A/B testing to optimize conversion rate across the funnel—including landing pages, ads, audiences, and channels.

  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to build and test creative assets based on customer insights.

  • Monitor and manage acquisition budgets across channels and campaigns, proactively adjusting spend based on performance and efficiency targets.

  • Translate performance data into insights and learnings that can be shared across Found.

To thrive in this role, you have:

  • 4-7 years of experience in a growth marketing role with direct responsibility for campaign planning and execution.

  • Strong analytical mindset. You are comfortable analyzing performance, running multivariate tests, and distilling complex data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent project management skills. You are extremely organized and proactive. You have experience driving cross-functional projects.

  • Intellectually curious self-starter. You ask questions and proactively turn insights into tests and opportunities.

  • Experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, or similar.

  • Strong communication and executive presence—you’re as comfortable writing a campaign brief as you are reviewing performance and learnings with leadership.

  • A keen attention to detail, especially when it comes to tracking, testing, and ensuring campaign accuracy.

  • Technical awareness - You understand when your ideas need engineering or analytics support to come to life (i.e. new landing pages, conversion events, promotional codes, etc) and have a sense of how big your technical asks are. You collaborate well with engineers and product managers.

  • A sense of humor! You enjoy your work, and find humor and learning in roadblocks while maintaining a positive attitude.

Compensation at Found

The anticipated salary range for this role is $135,000 - $167,000. The salary range listed represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by several factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
