Growth and Retention Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Growth and Retention Marketing Assistant to support the execution and coordination of paid social, search campaigns, and retention efforts. This role requires hands-on ad platform experience, strong project coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, collaborative remote environment. • 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience with paid social campaign management (Meta and TikTok)

• Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

• Ability to work EST hours and 30 minutes on weekends when required

• Experience coordinating projects and tasks across teams

• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) with excellent attention to detail

Core Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Set up, optimize, and maintain ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google (including YouTube), using provided copy and creatives

• Maintain and update campaign analytics dashboards and templated reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

• Track and coordinate product feed updates, UTMs, Google Tags, and other data entry points

• Support retention marketing and influencer/affiliate initiatives (e.g., contract tracking, impressions logging, shipment tracking)

• Report on ad testing performance and coordinate with teams based on client strategies (no strategic decision-making required)

The Compensation:

• 55,000 to 75,000/month
