Founded in 2010 in The Netherlands, Anywhere365 is a global leader in Enterprise Dialogue Management, with a vision to ensure every employee and customer feels heard, understood, and valued. With around 240 employees in working from 22 different countries, we partner with over 2,000 leading enterprises, including Mazda, the UN International Organization for Migration, Adecco Group, and the University of Cape Town, to deliver exceptional customer experiences through the power of Microsoft Teams and AI-driven insights. Our commitment to innovation, customer focus, and accountability drives our success.

We are looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about finding and attracting top talent through creative and proactive sourcing strategies. This role is ideal for someone with a Growth Mindset—who sees challenges as opportunities, embraces change, and continuously seeks ways to improve.

As part of our OneAnywhere team, you will take ownership of recruitment initiatives, care about both candidates and internal stakeholders, and innovate to ensure we stay ahead in the talent market. You’ll be a trusted advisor to hiring managers, training them on best practices and streamlining hiring processes. Additionally, you will be involved in Talent Acquisition projects focused on insourcing, talent mapping, improving candidate experience, and market research to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage top talent through innovative sourcing techniques, leveraging social media, AI-driven tools, and networking strategies.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and hiring managers, coaching them on best hiring practices, interview techniques, and candidate experience. Train teams on streamlining hiring processes to ensure efficiency and consistency.

  • Support with projects such as insourcing, talent mapping, improving candidate experience, and market research, ensuring strategic improvements in our hiring approach.

  • Responsible for strengthening our employer brand and attracting top-tier talent globally, by implementing our EVP.

  • Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.

  • Continuously improve and streamline our global talent acquisition processes, taking accountability for implementing new methodologies that enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

  • Use recruitment metrics and insights to drive continuous improvement, ensuring we make informed hiring decisions.

Why we would like to have a dialogue with you

We pick competencies over skills and experience. Can you convince us that you possess the following competencies:

  • Taking ownership: The ability to take full responsibility and accountability for tasks, projects, or actions, demonstrating a sense of commitment and dedication towards achieving desired outcomes.

  • Proactiveness: The ability to anticipate and take initiative in addressing potential challenges or opportunities before they arise, demonstrating foresight and proactive problem-solving.

  • Adaptability: The ability to adjust to changing situations and work effectively in environments that may be uncertain or unpredictable

  • Future oriented: The ability to think and plan ahead, anticipate emerging trends, and adapt strategies and actions to align with future possibilities and opportunities.

  • Active listening: The ability to listen carefully to the stakeholder's needs, concerns, and feedback and responding appropriately.

  • Teamwork: The ability to work effectively with others and to collaborate across departments and functions, recognizing that everyone in the company is working towards a common goal.

  • Emotional intelligence: The ability to understand and manage one's own emotions and to effectively navigate interpersonal dynamics in a team environment.

Competencies are key, but to be successful in this role you need to bring a few essentials to kickstart the conversation:

  • 3+ years experience in the field of Talent Acquisition, preferably in an international tech or SaaS environment.

  • A strong track record of innovation and process improvement in recruitment.

  • Experience with proactive sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, social recruiting and talent mapping.

Some last notes:

Anywhere365 is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer. We accept difference and we thrive on it for the benefit of our employees, our products, and our community.

Please note that we have a background check policy. The background check differs per country and position. If you would like to know more, the recruiters are happy to answer any questions!
