POSITION DETAILS:
LOCATION: US, Remote or HQ (Northridge, CA)
DEPARTMENT: Employee Experience
REPORTS TO: VP, Employee Experience
EXPECTED SALARY RANGE: $120,000 - $160,000 USD
POSITION SUMMARY:
Broadvoice is seeking an innovative Director of Global Talent Acquisition to lead a geographically dispersed team in the delivery of outstanding candidates to its teams. The Director role is a hands-on leadership position that leads the team responsible for search, pipeline building, interviewing, selection, reference checking, and pre-hire onboarding employment activities. The Director also uses creative, tech-forward initiatives to engage candidates, build candidate pipelines and increase the quality of hires across the company. While the Director will be hands-on with US and other global recruiting, they will also create and execute global recruiting strategies and analytics to accurately determine progress and opportunities for continuous improvement.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
Lead global Talent Acquisition team and own initiatives and outcomes for this function
Implement strategic initiatives to attract top talent that aligns to Broadvoice’s culture
Build relationships with leaders and act as a strategic partner to address critical talent and organizational opportunities
Demonstrate the TA team’s success through key metrics and routine reporting
Develop and implement employer brand initiatives that drive candidate interest to Broadvoice positions
Deliver exceptional candidate experiences and use measurement tools to drive improvements to candidate experiences in our recruitment processes
Investigate and resolve root-cause issues that act as barriers to TA team success
Enhance TA efficiency through streamlining processes, automating routine tasks and using technology to support strategic goals
Fill complex US and LATAM positions
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for job postings, recruiting and screening candidates
Educate internal hiring managers and direct reports on best practices and regulatory requirements to drive compliance
Partners with DEI Committee and Employee Experience teams to ensure that TA processes and tools are aligned with internal culture and DEI initiatives
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:
Ten (10) years of progressive, corporate Talent Acquisition experience, including at least three (3) years’ experience as a strategic team leader
Telecommunications, Software, Start-up, and/or scale-up experience is preferred
Relevant work experience in multi-state (US) and global organizations is required
Proven track record of implementing effective talent attraction strategies
Proven track record of building employer brand awareness and candidate connections
Excellent verbal and written communication and influencing skills
Outstanding technology skills, including experience building out ATS systems and automating processes – Greenhouse experience is preferred
Strong budget and team leadership skills, including demonstrated skills in behavioral coaching, contract negotiation, confidentiality and organizational planning
Candidate must be fluent in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills are a plus
