Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Lead the transformation of the GSOC into a high-performing managed service by embedding lean principles, KPIs, and process controls.

  • Develop and execute a GSOC operational excellence roadmap aligned with enterprise risk and resilience priorities.

  • Drive the implementation of standardized global SOPs supported by a metrics-driven approach and real-time monitoring capabilities.

  • Champion the adoption of automation, AI/ML-driven analytics, and integrated physical-cyber threat intelligence.

  • Act as a change agent, creating a culture that embraces innovation, continuous improvement, technological advancement, and operational agility

  • Leverage voice of the customer feedback to enhance GSOC Services

  • Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce inefficiencies and ensure process repeatability.

  • Lead kaizen events and root cause analysis for continuous process improvement.

  • Establish and track process control systems (SPC) and dashboards for SLAs, KPIs, and compliance.

  • Global Monitoring: Oversee 24/7 global monitoring, incident triage, and escalation.

  • Vendor Management: Manage 3rd party MSSP analysts and ensure alignment with operational standards.

  • Fusion: Integrate physical and cyber threat intelligence systems.

  • Real-Time Monitoring: Ensure continuous monitoring of global sites for security events, including physical intrusion, access control violations, and emergency incidents.

  • Incident Response: Develop and oversee rapid response protocols for escalated security incidents, ensuring immediate triage, decision-making, and coordination with crisis management teams.

  • Procedural Maturity: Establish and maintain global Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that are consistent, auditable, and in compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Operational Reviews: Lead daily, weekly, and monthly operations reviews to assess trends, incident types, and opportunities for optimization.

  • Oversee a high-performing GSOC team.

  • Drive adoption through structured change management.

  • Act as liaison with global internal and external stakeholders.

  • Partner with the Strategy, Architecture, and Engineering Teams to define a Technology Roadmap for Threat Intelligence, Personnel Safety, and Asset Protection.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in security management, risk management, operations, or related discipline

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience

  • Exposure to working in matrixed global organizations with remote and hybrid workforces.

  • Backgrounds in law enforcement, emergency management, defense, or public safety with operational command or coordination experience.

  • LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS - Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Professional Certified Investigator (PCI), Associate Protection Professional (APP), and Physical Security Professional (PSP)

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The salary range for this position is $78,000 - $152,000 USD.
