Overview:

Vivi is the only wireless screen mirroring and digital signage tool designed for education. We help IT help teachers help students with classroom technology that enhances collaboration, control, and creativity.

Vivi exists because we all had that one teacher who changed our life, who went above and beyond to serve as a role model and sage. They guided discussion, connected with their students on a personal level, were just as engaging and entertaining as they were educational, and they created a dynamic learning environment by constantly involving students.

Personalised learning environments have been proven to deliver better educational outcomes for individuals through increased participation and engagement. To successfully create such an environment requires a fluid, visual dialogue between teacher and student. This is why Vivi exists. Vivi is used by over 825,000 teachers and students around the world and is setting out to provide tangible solutions to the enormous education industry with our high-growth, ambitious, and creative team. In this rapidly evolving technology landscape, Vivi is always looking for new ways to disrupt the classroom experience, enhance customer journeys, and expand globally.

The Role:

As a dynamic, engaging and energetic professional, the Global Reseller Partnerships Director will be responsible for developing and implementing the international expansion strategy to launch Vivi into multiple new markets (countries) through selection, building, collaboration and ongoing leadership of a network of global reseller partners.

This leader utilizes their existing understanding of global SaaS reseller dynamics and their existing networks of reseller partners to analyze and plan the right geographical regions and the most effective partnership models to bring Vivi to new markets very quickly through 2025 and beyond.

With an initial goal of realizing 3+ additional markets in 2025 and expanding that growth exponentially over the following years, this role will have a massive impact on Vivi, and on many thousands of students and teachers across the globe who will benefit from the engagement impact Vivi brings to the classrooms.

This position can reside in Spain, France, or Germany. This position is 100% Remote and will require work rights. Given the nature of this position, Vivi will not offer sponsorship.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global business development strategy to drive international growth, with a focus on key regions and high-potential markets.

  • Lead and manage a global reseller partner network, setting performance goals for each partner, providing realtime and ongoing feedback and support, and driving results. Ensure that each partner in the network is aligned with Vivi objectives and equipped to meet ambitious targets.

  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for expansion into new regions or countries. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies to guide decision-making.

  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with global enterprises, channel partners, resellers, and industry influencers to accelerate market penetration.

  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring the resellers are driving qualified opportunities through their sales funnels and closing high-value deals with international clients.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and product teams, to align on international sales strategies, product positioning, and market needs. Provide feedback to shape the product roadmap for international markets.

  • Own and achieve revenue targets in international markets, ensuring consistent growth through both direct sales and partnerships.

  • Increase brand awareness in key global markets through strategic business development activities, partnerships, and participation in global industry events.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers within target organizations. Be a trusted advisor to clients, identifying their needs and positioning our SaaS solutions effectively.

  • Regularly update executive leadership on global business development progress, including revenue forecasts, market trends, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within a B2B SaaS or technology company.

  • 5+ years of experience in Education Technology business development, sales or strategic partnership

  • Deep understanding of global business practices, including experience working with diverse cultures, legal regulations, and international sales cycles.

  • Strong experience in building and managing relationships with enterprise clients, partners, and resellers across multiple regions.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
