The Role & What You Will Be Doing

Enables the Viatris to state-of-the-art M&E program management. Monitors the Global end-to-end M&E Process in Cvent, ensures accuracy, quality and completeness of all related data entered in Cvent and accurate documentation of spend and expense.

  • Monitor M&E end-to-end process in Cvent and other applicable sources

  • Ability comprehend and communicate the M&E policies and procedures, ensuring M&E organizers, Meeting Planning Agencies (MPAs) and other stakeholders understand concepts and to be able to respond, explain and clarify any misunderstanding of the M&E policies, SOPs or job aids to M&E organizers, MPAs or Viatris colleagues

  • Analyze daily meetings and events data entered in Cvent to ensure overall data quality and correct assignment to Meeting Organizers and Meeting Planning Agencies.

  • Oversight for M&E end-to-end process

  • Assist in further development and implementation of operational oversight program over M&E activities

  • Validate reporting data and quality in Cvent to ensure complete and accurate reports are exported

  • Update the M&E Academy and work with the training team to deploy the training to all M&E resources

  • Update Internal Training Portal with new/revised training material

  • Support training and roll out of the VM&E Policies and Procedures and Cvent to all countries.

  • Identify further training requirements for the operational M&E team

  • Support the global M&E KPI strategy and harmonization in coordination with M&E Operations Team

  • Provide meetings and events analytics/ insight to help business evaluate and optimize strategy

  • Support and assist with change management of the M&E organization.

About Your Skills & Experience

For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:

  • Master’s degree in a science related discipline is preferred

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical industry.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Meeting Planning

  • Very strong know how and capabilities to monitor, analyse and govern end-to-end M&E process and Cvent

  • Very strong project and client management skills.

  • Very strong process-oriented leadership in building the various capabilities in time.

  • Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong work ethic.

  • Must possess strong multi-task skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.

  • Must possess strong project and client management skills

  • This role requires travel

  • Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
