At OpenX, we have built a team that is uniquely experienced in designing and operating high-scale ad marketplaces, and we are constantly on the lookout for thoughtful, creative executors who are as fascinated as we are about finding new ways to apply a blend of market design, technical innovation, operational excellence, and empathetic partner service to the frontiers of digital advertising.

OpenX is seeking a strategic and commercially minded Senior Manager/ Senior Lead Analyst to support our Global Commercial Partnerships team, with a focus on Holding Companies, Agencies, strategic buyers, and business development. As a senior individual contributor, you will be the embedded analytics and insights partner for high-impact accounts, bringing deep expertise in programmatic advertising, marketplace performance, and commercial modeling to inform strategic conversations and decision-making.

As a key member of the Revenue Strategy & Operations team, you will work cross-functionally to design scalable tools, lead custom analyses, and provide externally facing insights. Your work will directly impact client success, account growth, and executive planning by enabling data-driven storytelling and opportunity identification. This is a client-facing role, ideal for someone with strong business acumen, high analytical rigor, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable guidance for senior commercial stakeholders, both internal and external.

Design and maintain dashboards to track buyer performance, marketplace health, and growth opportunities.

Build forecasting and scenario models to support planning across accounts and partner portfolios.

Represent analytics in client-facing settings, translating insights into action for senior stakeholders.

Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Product, and Marketing to align on partner needs and revenue goals.

Support strategic initiatives such as incentive planning, supply performance, and GTM planning.

Identify potential blockers to the application of commercial incentive programs and proactively lead cross-functional resolution efforts, ensuring internal alignment without disrupting client expectations.

Standardize key metrics and reporting logic, contributing to scalable processes and data governance.

Mentor junior analysts by sharing best practices, defining frameworks, and elevating the standard for commercial analytics.

Key Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in analytics, revenue strategy, or operations—ideally within AdTech, programmatic advertising, or digital media.

Deep understanding of programmatic buyer behavior and agency structures.

Track record of enabling commercial success through strategic insights and partner-facing support.

Advanced SQL (BigQuery preferred), comfort with large-scale data, and proficiency in BI tools (Looker, Tableau, equivalent BI platforms). Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python) is a plus.

Experience with modeling, scenario-based forecasting, KPI framework development, and performance benchmarking.

Excellent communicator with the ability to guide internal and external stakeholders.

Highly collaborative and organized; capable of managing multiple initiatives with autonomy and influence.

A strategic, consultative mindset with a curiosity and passion for uncovering opportunities and driving measurable impact.
