  • Set the vision for the Canada team that covers marketing, partnerships, supply, and fulfilment

  • Shape the Canada strategy to deliver core commercial goals including revenue and contribution margin

  • Oversee all tactical and operational execution for all functions within Canada

  • Own market expansion and localization strategy, including the development of city-specific go-to-market strategies and localization of Taskrabbit’s offering

  • Drive local/cultural marketing ideas, initiatives, and channels to increase brand awareness, in partnership with marketing

  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills, and comfortable presenting to large groups regularly

  • An exceptional ability to balance creative thinking with strong business judgment and analytical skills

  • Problem-solving abilities in both data-rich and data-poor environments; ability to both delve into the details and engage meaningfully on higher-level strategy

  • A natural inclination to take initiative and ownership, with the ability to independently navigate ambiguous situations and balance multiple priorities

  • Role includes some travel within Canada and occasional travel to the United States

Ideal (Nice to have skills):
