Netflix is looking for a versatile and engaged Producer to join our dynamic Games Production team and contribute to our goal of bringing best-in-class Kids games to our members. We're a team with big ambitions and an obsession to deliver memorable game moments that leave players telling their own stories for years to come. As a Netflix Games Producer for Kids games, you will be at the forefront of managing and delivering high-quality games. Working with the Executive and Lead Producers, you will be instrumental in guiding game development teams to ensure projects are executed within scope, time and budget to surprise and delight our members’ kids and families.

This role is remote with PST time zone preferred. We hold quarterly in-person onsites at our Los Angeles or Los Gatos offices.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and oversee milestone deliverables and project production, identifying and assessing project risks to provide expert recommendations and ensure predictable delivery timelines.

  • Provide constructive feedback to game teams to enhance overall game quality while upholding the high standards across gameplay, visuals, branding, and design.

  • Foster effective collaboration and problem-solving with development teams to drive successful game development.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to conduct thorough developer due diligence and reviews.

  • Plan and manage Live Services transition points, working closely with the Live Services team for a smooth handover to enable high quality continued support of live titles.

  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform decisions and improve key performance indicators towards the business goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in games production, with an emphasis on mobile games.

  • In-depth experience of games project planning and management.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.

  • Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Passion for collaboration, continuous learning, and professional development.

  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment.

  • Adaptability to change and maintaining composure in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

  • Ability to provide expert guidance with quick turnaround times.

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously.

  • Experience in a game publishing environment (nice to have)

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $180,000 - $250,000.

Netflix provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits. We also offer paid leave of absence programs.  Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.
