Role Overview Our client is seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to lead the development of our latest platform. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable web applications that deliver an exceptional user experience for event organizers and attendees. You will collaborate closely with CEO, designers, and other engineers to bring ideas to life. This is a contract-to-hire position, with the opportunity for long-term growth, equity, and impact within the company. Engineer must be hands-on, coding, and being able to lead and oversee the product and ship features efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end systems for the client’s platform.
Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using modern frameworks and tools.
Collaborate with product and design teams to implement new features and improve user experience.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
Ensure responsiveness, performance, and security of web applications.
Contribute to technical documentation and best practices.
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers as needed.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, Software Engineer, or similar role.
Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Ruby on Rails.
Knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and API development/integration.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and deployment pipelines.
Experience with version control tools such as Git/GitHub.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Passion for building high-quality, user-friendly applications.

Salary
$90,000-$150,000/yr, depending on experience
