Full Stack Web Developer (Remote)
YC-Backed Startup | Vite.js, Node.js | 3+ Years Experience

We are a YC-backed startup (Alara Dental) looking for a Full Stack Web Developer to work closely with the founding team. You will play a key role in building and launching our first product. This is a hands-on position for someone excited about early-stage work, ownership, and shaping both the product and technical foundation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain modern, performant web applications using Vite.js and Node.js

• Develop frontend features in close collaboration with product and design

• Implement backend APIs and support data integration pipelines

• Make architectural decisions and contribute to the long-term technical roadmap

• Help define development workflows and best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience building full stack web applications

• Proficiency with JavaScript or TypeScript, Node.js, and modern frontend frameworks

• Experience with Vite.js or similar build tools

• Strong understanding of web application architecture and RESTful APIs

• Clear communication and the ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with browser automation tools like Playwright or Puppeteer

• Familiarity with interacting with undocumented or protected APIs

• Background in scraping, reverse engineering, or automation projects

• Previous experience at an early-stage startup or on a founding team
