The N2 Company is looking for a Franchise Onboarding Coordinator to join our Franchise Development team. 

The Franchise Onboarding Coordinator serves as the “face” of N2 throughout the new franchise ramp-up process, providing support, encouragement, and a solutions-based approach to the onboarding experience. 

In a Typical Day, You’ll:

  • Conduct onboarding calls and create offers in Greenhouse, our ATS.

  • Coordinate pre-training and Franchise Trainings, including scheduling, Zoom management, and attendance tracking.

  • Track and ensure timely completion of franchise legal paperwork.

  • Support the Growth Coach and Launch Success teams through the new franchise ramp-up process by following sales operations best practices.

  • Track completion of ramp-up tasks from acceptance to launch and provide reporting to the Growth Coach and Director of Product Growth. 

To Land This Gig, You Need To:

  • Be organized with strong attention to detail.

  • Have the ability to effectively manage small, moving parts.

  • Have good communication and collaboration skills.

  • Be energetic and personable.

  • Possess strong knowledge and understanding of the Area Director role and all N2 Company brands.

  • Have skill competencies with the following softwares: Greenhouse, Excel, email, Calendly, Zoom Video and Zoom Phone, Compass, Google Workspace, and N2 technologies.
