We specialize in participant recruitment and participant management because you cannot do great research without great participants, no matter how good your other tools are. ✨ Learn more about our culture and team here → 2025 UI Retreat Video 🤑 Finance at User Interviews You’ll be joining a highly collaborative, data driven Finance team, who drives financial acumen by partnering with others across the organization. 🚀 What you’ll do As the FP&A Manager, you will take on a highly visible and hands-on role, responsible for owning financial planning, forecasting, and reporting. You will partner closely with leadership across User Interviews to shape strategy and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency. đź’ˇ Responsibilities • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly variance analysis • Build and maintain dynamic financial models to support strategic planning, new initiatives, and investment cases • Partner with functional leads to define and track KPIs and operational metrics that drive business performance • Develop ROI analyses for new product features, marketing initiatives, and cross-functional investments • Create financial presentations and business review materials for executive leadership and the Board • Lead preparation of monthly operating reviews and performance commentary   • Support ad hoc business analysis and special projects as needed  

 

✨ Minimum Qualifications • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience • At least 3-5+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance. • Strong Excel skills and experience with financial modeling. • Deep understanding of financial statements, forecasting techniques, and SaaS/usage-based business models • Exceptional communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders • Analytical mindset with strong business acumen, you’re comfortable interpreting the “why” behind the numbers • Advanced knowledge of the 3 statements and accounting concepts • The ability to work independently while communicating with team members. • Highly data driven with a strong attention to detail  • Totally comfortable in G Suite • Strong sense of urgency and can manage competing priorities • Candidates must be located in the United States and authorized to work without any Visa sponsorship. âśš Bonus points • Proficiency in SQL • Experience with Salesforce • Experience building out corporate FP&A “muscles” • Experience working at a tech company and/or start-up is strongly preferred 🎯 Benefits • Mid point salary $135k • Annual Performance Bonus • 100% premium covered medical + dental employee coverage • Annual membership to One Medical Group & Talkspace • 401k + employer contribution • 4 weeks of PTO to start + accrue an additional day per year of employment • Unlimited wellness days - Sick?
