FP&A Manager

We are looking for a highly analytical problem-solver, who is capable of both highly detailed financial analysis and distilling complex problems into actionable insights. To keep up with the high growth that we continue to experience, we are growing our Finance team. As a member of our FP&A team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a number of FP&A activities that ensure that SensorTower scales effectively.  You will be reporting directly to the Head of Finance and will also have a significant cross functional exposure. 

We are a fully distributed, remote first company.

What You Will Do:

• Department Level Budgets: Partner with department leaders to build forecasts, understand priorities contribute to and support tactical decision making, construct financial budgets, track variances versus budget , and develop KPIs

• Period Close: Partner with the Accounting team for period close and distill budget versus actual variances 

• Forecasting: Support the building of financial models and templates and contribute to the development of SensorTower’s annual and multi-year financial forecasts and incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders into financial planning

• KPIs: Identify and measure key performance indicators that drive business performance and also optimize for efficiency

• Long Range Strategic Planning: Own and manage ad hoc / strategic projects to support senior management and business initiatives based on operational performance. Drive complex financial modeling development and  contribute to creation of Sensor Tower’s long range strategic plan and champion related tasks

• Reporting Requirements: Create presentations and reports to inform senior leadership and the board on the financial performance of their teams and provide guidance on near-term and long-term opportunities and risks

Experience We Want to See:

• You’ve worked in a technical finance role for at least 5 years with some of that experience being spent at smaller sized companies/start-ups and/or a SaaS company

• Strong financial modeling, planning and quantitative skills

• You have a track record of working with a wide range of stakeholders across all aspects of a company

• You’ve worked at rapidly growing or evolving companies and are used to dealing with ambiguity 

• Experience in NetSuite, Salesforce and Anaplan. Advanced Excel skills.
