We are looking for candidates that have a background in financial services, brokerage, financial advisory, or banking to join our team. You'll need to have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to relentlessly succeed prospecting for top talent. Our entry-level recruiter should be an ambitious self-starter capable of working independently in a remote, home-based office. We take your skills and combine them with our structured sales and recruiting training program to build you into a successful recruiter!
Your Role at Avior Executive Search:
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy and continuous recruitment plan.
- Develop, create and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate media.
- Source and recruit candidates through referrals, databases, social media and various tools and technology.
- Conduct telephone and/or video interviews.
- Vet candidates' relevant knowledge, expertise, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
- Establish and maintain candidate relationships.
