Financial Analyst
We’re looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team and play a key role in driving business performance and supporting strategic decision-making across the company. This role will take ownership of our commission process and support a variety of FP&A functions, working cross-functionally with our Sales, Marketing, and Accounting teams across global regions.

Key Skills
Up to 3 years of experience in SaaS FP&A or commissions-related roles
Strong attention to detail and commitment to process accuracy
Comfortable collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support strategic recommendations
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision
Strong interpersonal skills and professional communication style
Quick to learn and apply financial and analytical concepts, especially in a SaaS context
Comfortable working in a distributed team across different time zones
Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, or similar tools is a plus
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end commission process—from verifying deal accuracy to calculating and ensuring timely commission payments
Collaborate with leadership to develop budgets and forecasts, including support for semi-annual budgeting cycles and long-term planning
Analyze financial performance and perform variance analysis to support fiscal responsibility and identify opportunities for optimization
Partner with business leaders to deliver data-driven recommendations that improve financial performance and competitiveness
Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for executive leadership and the Board of Directors
Conduct ad hoc financial analysis, creating reports and dashboards using data from tools such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, and HiBob
Actively explore business trends and financial data to identify areas for improved resource allocation and overall efficiency
Compensation
We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The total pay range for this role is $50,000 - $75,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
