We're seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our European entity. A successful candidate will have experience in multinational consolidation and oversee and manage the financial operations of the company.
The Finance Manager will report to the Head of Finance based in the US, with a dotted line to the Managing Director in Ireland.
What you’ll do:
Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and Irish GAAP, ensuring compliance with both parent company and local regulatory requirements
Maintain high levels standards of financial control, accuracy and reporting discipline, while effectively managing company cash flow
Provide hands-on support across all aspects of the finance function, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations
Manage relationships with external accountants in Ireland, the UK, and Bulgaria, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial information and statutory filings
Coordinate and support year-end audits and ongoing regulatory compliance across all jurisdictions
Work closely with the US-based finance team, contributing to a seamless and collaborative finance function in a remote work environment
Lead and mentor finance team members, driving a culture of ownership, efficiency, and continuous improvement
How success will be measured in this role:
Timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with US GAAP and Irish GAAP
Strong financial controls and audit readiness
Effective cash flow management and regulatory compliance across all jurisdictions
Productive collaboration with internal teams and external partners
If the details below describe you, you could be a great fit for this role:
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a financial role with at least 2 years in a Senior Accountant or leadership role
Global finance experience at a company acquired by a US-based organization
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and Irish GAAP, with experience applying both in a multinational environment
Proven ability to manage financial operations, reporting, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines across time zones
Experience working with external advisors and auditors
Proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., ERP platforms, Excel)

Salary & Benefits
The base salary for this role is between €75,000 - €90,000 +, depending on skills and experience. We take a geo-neutral approach to compensation and have competitive pay bands based on market standards.
