Finance Associate - FP&A
About You
Nutrafol is seeking an inquisitive, data-driven, and entrepreneurial Finance Associate - FP&A who will be responsible for analyzing and leveraging data to support strategic and financial decision-making across a dynamic and fluid organization.
As a key member of the finance team, you will enhance Nutrafol’s operating model, analyze capital allocation decisions, and provide ongoing guidance to the Nutrafol executive team.

Responsibilities
Own, maintain, and enhance company financial and operating models: adapting and making improvements according to changing business needs, as well as providing insights informed by them
Support annual budget and ongoing forecasting processes.
Provide monthly financial variance analysis and run budget/operational review meetings with department heads
Provide strategic guidance using analytics initiatives such as business/economic/financial modeling and analysis based on multiple data sources
Work closely with department leads to provide analytical support, assist with optimizing resource allocation, and proactively identify operational improvements
Use Tableau and QuickBooks to mine and analyze data in order to provide leadership with learnings and recommendations
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in financial analytical roles that involve budgeting/planning, financial modeling, and decision analytics (for example: corporate finance, investment banking, venture capital, management consulting, private equity)
Experience working within a high-growth eCommerce/CPG company (inventory-based business); start-up or recurring revenue-based business experience is a plus
Advanced Excel skills with proficiency in managing large data sets, building and maintaining complex models; ability to create three-statement financial models.
Knowledge of Quickbooks or MS Dynamics is required
Hands-on experience solving big, fuzzy problems with complex data sets
Nice-to-have
You are experienced with Tableau (or other analytics platforms such as Looker, Mode, etc.), and Salesforce
You’ve worked closely with executives and have led cross-team initiatives
Nutrafol takes into consideration a wide range of factors in final compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.
Salary Range:
$70,000—$80,000 USD
