Working at The Adaptavist Group

The Adaptavist Group is a global family of companies with a common goal. We combine the best of teamwork, technology, and processes, helping all kinds of businesses be better today and tomorrow.

About the role

As a Field Marketing Manager for the DACH region, this role is critical in aligning regional marketing initiatives with the goals of the sales organisation. You'll be the key marketing partner for the regional sales team, developing and executing marketing programs that build pipeline, accelerate deals, and drive revenue.

You will be responsible for understanding the regional sales strategy, identifying opportunities to support pipeline growth, and managing marketing performance with clear attribution and influence on sales outcomes. This is a highly collaborative role that bridges strategic planning and hands-on execution.

What you'll be doing

  • Act as the regional marketing partner to the sales team, translating territory plans into marketing strategies that drive pipeline, support key accounts, and help progress opportunities through the funnel.

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify priorities, align marketing activity to deal stages, and accelerate late-stage deals where possible.

  • Plan and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns across digital, events, ABM, and email, working closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure successful delivery.

  • Localise campaigns, messaging, and content to reflect regional needs, including website updates and implementing SEO best practices aligned with global guidelines.

  • Lead regional partner marketing efforts by developing and executing joint go-to-market plans, co-branded content, and partner-led events.

  • Report on campaign performance and marketing impact, using data to inform decision-making and continuously optimise programmes.

  • Support sales enablement through campaign outreach, lead follow-up, and ensuring the sales team is equipped with the right tools and insights.

  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and contribute to broader business initiatives that support growth and continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

  • Proven B2B field marketing leadership experience, ideally within the Tech industry, with a strong focus on multi-channel, integrated marketing and event execution.

  • Exceptional ability to understand and respond to the needs of a diverse range of customers and stakeholders.

  • Data-driven approach with strong expertise in marketing metrics, web analytics, tracking, and reporting—ensuring all marketing activities are measurable and aligned to B2B KPIs.

  • Experienced in managing agencies, suppliers, contractors, and direct reports, with excellent influencing skills to build positive relationships across teams.

  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, capable of leading multiple complex projects with attention to detail while thinking creatively and innovatively.

  • Proven track record of designing and delivering campaigns that achieve objectives on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

  • Solid understanding of regional demand generation strategies, including account segmentation, content localisation, and personalisation.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.

  • Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed to support key initiatives.

A few nice to haves

  • Knowledge of the Atlassian partner ecosystem or similar technology partner ecosystems is a strong advantage

  • Experience within a fast-paced, fast-growth software/technology consulting  environment

  • Experience with Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Trello, Slack, Hubspot and monday.com is desirable

  • Additional European languages are a bonus
