In this role, you’ll get to:
Manage field event logistics for a successful on-site experience, including vendor sourcing, venue selection, and budget tracking while managing timelines and ensuring flawless execution. Provide support for our larger experiential engagements.
Support partner events as needed onsite and with pre-production
Utilize proficiency in HubSpot to create captivating landing pages, manage event registrations, and craft compelling email communications and reminder campaigns tailored for field marketing efforts.
Conceptualize and brainstorm innovative event ideas for activations, panels, and client entertainment activities like sales hospitality suites or dinners.
Manage event registration processes, create engaging event marketing copy, navigate attendee registration journeys, and send timely reminders for events with up to 4k+ attendees.
Oversee on-site production management, ensuring smooth setup, coordination, and breakdown of event spaces.
Craft event messaging, develop promotional materials, and coordinate targeted email communications to event attendees within the field marketing strategy.
Drive flawless onsite logistics by working with internal and external teams and stakeholders to execute seamless event operations.
Navigate ambiguity and tight timelines within the field marketing environment, implementing innovative solutions to meet business goals with exceptional quality execution.
Collect feedback, analyze performance, and identify areas for improvement through post-event evaluations.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to successfully execute field marketing events and activations.
Provide outstanding customer hospitality to ensure memorable and seamless experiences for all attendees at field marketing events.
Manage purchase orders, contracts, and trackers to monitor event spending and budget allocation i.
Build post-event recaps to evaluate event outcomes and inform future field marketing strategies.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has experience working in a corporate or agency fast-paced industry with multiple events happening simultaneously
Understands the impact of events on driving sales and has experience collaborating with sales and partner teams at scale
Proficient in handling ambiguity, tight deadlines, and adapting quickly to changing business requirements while ensuring high-quality execution
A self-starter who takes ownership of projects and follows through to completion
Skilled in utilizing marketing tools like HubSpot for creating engaging event content and materials; familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot is a plus
Has experience working with C-Suite Executives and corporate, talent clients and can manage professionally and respectfully with all levels
Bring event production expertise, coordinating guest experiences seamlessly from registration through to on-site execution

Cash compensation range: 70,000-90,000 USD Annually This resource will help guide how we recommend thinking about the range you see. Learn more about HubSpot’s compensation philosophy. The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
