Field Application Scientist, Flow Cytometry (Nordics Region)

We’re looking for a passionate Field Application Scientist to join our team in the Nordics region. In this dynamic role, you’ll bridge science and technology, supporting researchers with pre- and post-sales expertise. By combining your technical knowledge and customer-focused attitude, you’ll enable our clients to unlock the full potential of their research.

You Will

Technical Support and Customer Engagement:

o            Schedule and perform pre-sale demonstrations and customer training on assigned instrumentation.

o            Engage with customers, providing post-installation support and troubleshooting assistance.

o            Ensure all information is logged via demo forms (pre-demo), demo reports, ServiceMax (post-sale), and Salesforce (pre-sale).

o            Continuous Improvement:

o            Master the team’s core technologies and tools.

o            Give ideas for improving technical workflows and processes.

Account Management:

o            Handle assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

o            Identify leads for post-instrument sales, upgrades, and accessories.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

o            Work closely with territory sales personnel and other support teams.

o            Participate in team meetings and training sessions

You will bring

  • Minimum of 2 years in field support or operating flow cytometers.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences or related field.

  • Solid understanding of flow cytometry or related fields.

  • Problem-solving skills paired with a customer-centric approach.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Self-motivation and a team-oriented attitude.

  • Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 80%).

  • Full driving license
