Executive Coach (Halo PSA Focused)
Position Summary:
The Executive Coach has one to 25 clients at any given time. They maintain the relationship, hold their clients accountable, instruct and teach one-on-one with clients on how business may be accomplished using the Pax8 Academy principles and core values. This role may also be involved in PSA implementation focused coaching engagements to help partners implement a PSA with a combination of coaching and Pax8 Pro Serve engagement. The Coach ensures the client experience is the best possible following company processes and procedures. This position requires a high level of independence and strong client service and skills. Organizational ability is also important to keep track of all tasks. Accurate and timely tracking their work, and related documentation including timesheets is required.
Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to):
Conducts 1:1 coaching sessions for a diverse set of partners
Identifies valuable partner facing content and works with Academy Content team to produce thought leadership articles
Develops knowledge of EOS and coaching best practices
Documents time spent and results achieved during partner facing activities
Peer Group Facilitator and Instructor Lead Trainer are also areas this role may choose to be involved in.
Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
At least seven (7) years of leadership and/or management experience working at an IT MSP
Experience with PSAs for IT providers. Halo PSA a plus.
Experience with PSA migrations and/or implementation. Halo PSA a plus.
Experience in EOS or other business operating system preferred
General knowledge of IT applications, business processes, and software
Strong organizational, presentation, and client service skills
Skill in strategic planning with an ability to think and plan ahead
Experience with planning and preparing written communications
Experience leading people and getting results with a strong client orientation
Willingness to attend industry events
Ongoing self-training to preserve professional viability is a must
Ability to apply knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organization’s goals
Ability to develop people to meet both their career goals and the organization’s goals
Ability to paint a compelling picture of the vision and strategy that motivates others to action
Ability to handle conflict situations effectively, with a minimum of noise
Ability to see ahead to future possibilities and translate them to breakthrough strategies
Required Education & Certifications:
B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience
Compensation:
Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $113,400 or more depending on experience
Expected Closing Date: 04/30/2025
