💼 What You’ll Do
Own calendar and inbox management, travel planning, and meeting logistics
Lead and support special projects from concept to execution
Coordinate OKRs, board materials, and budget oversight
Draft internal/external communications and prepare presentations
Facilitate L10s, All Hands, and stakeholder engagement rhythms
Be a trusted confidant and strategic sounding board

📍 Working Style
Remote is great—Houston preferred. Flexibility and autonomy are key.
Compensation:
Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $102,000.00 to 128,000 or more depending on experience.
