<p><strong>Executive Assistant to the CEO</strong></p><p>We are a thriving international education firm with expertise in helping international students from 30+ countries make successful transitions to US schools. We are seeking a <strong>Full-time executive assistant </strong>to support our <strong>CEO</strong><strong>.</strong> This is a fully remote role based in the US (EST working time zone) and requires a great deal of flexibility, both in terms of working hours and mindset. We are looking for people who are open-minded and have demonstrated experience in multicultural settings. </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br></p><ul> <li>Assist with school communication as required.</li> <li>Assist with domestic sales and marketing tasks on demand (not limited to acting as a sales assistant to close the case, or assist with ad-hoc marketing requests, etc.)<br> </li> <li>Following up on leads and cases effectively as assigned by the CEO.<br> </li> <li>Assist with global communication and coordination as required on multiple projects.</li> <li>Editing PowerPoints based on request.<br> </li> <li>Editing contacts and other documents based on request.</li> <li>Must demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality and diplomacy when handling information of a sensitive and confidential nature.<br> </li> <li>Figure out ways to understand the CEO's daily schedule and relieve the burden of her repetitive work.</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br></p><ul> <li>Strong skills with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe PDF editing, One Drive<br> </li> <li>Strong analytical skills with a good command of business intelligence tools.</li> <li>Strong sales and marketing experience a bonus.</li> <li>Highly motivated, self-learner, and willing to step in on new assignments anytime with minimal instructions and guidance.</li> <li>Driven to succeed in all assigned tasks and think 3 steps ahead, predict the risks, and present possible solutions, rather than just taking instructions without clarifying expectations.</li> <li>Demonstrate a great deal of resourcesfulness.</li> <li>Strong collaborative communication approach.</li> <li>Comfortable taking on a variety of tasks with competing priorities.</li> <li>Self-starter with strong organization and time management skills.</li> <li>Team player with a solutions-focused mindset.</li> <li>Professional knowledge of English, both spoken and written.<br> </li> <li>The company is headquartered in Boston and the CEO is based out of Boston. New England candidates are high prefered.</li> <li>All disciplines are welcome as long as have a willingness to take ownership of all assigned tasks.</li> <li>Most ideal to have worked in an international education company/industry. <br> </li> <li>Preferably bilingual in English/Mandarin.</li> <li>Ability to drive with a river lience is desired.</li> </ul><p>Most importantly, we want someone who doesn't just raise problems and questions but is motivated to propose solutions first and push things forward to get it done.</p><p><strong></strong></p><p><br></p><p></p>
