About This Role:

iRhythm is currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant. This remote position is responsible for providing high-level executive assistant support to our Chief Technology Officer. Our work environment is fast-paced, with many team members working remotely and a highly collaborative atmosphere. Most of all, we are passionate about delivering innovations that improve the quality of health care and the patient experience. We are looking for like-minded individuals to join our team today!

Specific job responsibilities include:

  • Organize and manage our CTO’s time, be proactive in anticipating their needs, assist in daily planning processes, and promote iRhythm’s image by representing senior executives both internally and externally

  • Support 1-2 additional executives on the CEO leadership team

  • Communicate and collaborate with employees, consultants, and vendors in business interactions

  • Use strategic, analytical, and critical thinking to complete a variety of tasks

  • Handle confidential and non-routine information and facilitate communication between appropriate people and teams

  • Strategic calendar management in a rapidly changing environment

  • Plan and execute on-site and off-site meetings, dinners, and events

  • Plan complicated travel arrangements

  • Serve as a liaison between those supported and internal & external stakeholders, providing a bridge for smooth communication

  • Develop a knowledge of the company's goals and priorities

  • Build & maintain solid relationships with multiple internal & external stakeholders

  • Participate in meetings, prepare notes where required, and ensure follow-ups actioned

  • Take ownership of successful completion of deliverables with a proactive hands-on approach, facilitating those supported to effectively execute priorities

  • Identify opportunities to create new processes or behaviors that enable alignment, strong communication, and effective collaboration across functions and multiple stakeholders

  • Manage expense reporting for those supported where required

  • Provide other related administrative support as needed including preparation of PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets

About you: 

  • At least 8 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant role with at least 2 years experience supporting public company C-Suite executives required

  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred

  • Able to build trust with executives, team members as well as internal and external stakeholders of all levels

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to distill and convey information in a compelling manner

  • Detail-oriented organizational and process management skills to manage a wide range of incoming requests and responsibilities

  • Highly capable at critical thinking with problem-solver mindset

  • Ability to manage change and ambiguity – must thrive in a dynamic environment

  • Strong work ethic, disciplined execution skills, willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver results

  • Must be a self-starter and able to follow through on key commitments

  • A positive attitude and professional demeanor

  • Adherence to strict confidentiality and integrity

  • Able to travel as needed to provide onsite support at company meetings and events

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

  • Mastery of travel, communication and cloud storage tools (Concur, American Express travel, MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc).

Actual compensation may vary depending on job-related factors including knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.

Estimated Pay Range

$100,000.00 - $130,000.00
