Your days will be varied, fast-moving, and full of opportunities to make a difference. You’ll be responsible for:
Calendar Management (25%) – Coordinate meetings, send reminders, and help leaders stay on track.
Travel & Expense Support (30%) – Book travel, manage itineraries, and process reimbursements.
Inbox Management (10%) – Prioritize emails and draft responses to keep communication flowing.
Meeting Prep & Participation (20%) – Prepare agendas, materials, and tech logistics; attend meetings and capture notes.
Event & Communication Support (10%) – Plan internal events, draft communications, and create presentations.

Have 5+ years of experience in executive or administrative support
Are a master of the Microsoft Suite and know your way around inboxes, calendars, and T&E systems
Can pivot between personalities and priorities with grace and professionalism
Communicate clearly, act with urgency, and make smart decisions
Handle confidential information with discretion and care

This role is a launchpad. You’ll start by supporting a dynamic group of leaders and can grow into roles like Executive Business Partner or Manager of Admins. We invest in our people and believe in promoting from within.
🎓 Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Experience in tech, cloud, or channel industries is a plus
Compensation:
Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $64,000 to $80,000 or more depending on experience.
