Enterprise Marketing Lead
About Enode
At Enode, our mission is to accelerate the transition to a sustainable energy system by connecting and optimizing the world’s energy devices. A fully renewable energy system is dependent on flexible demand that can adapt to the intermittent supply from wind and solar. To create this flexibility, we need to connect to and control the fast-growing demand coming from electric vehicles, heat pumps and other energy hardware. This is what we’re doing at Enode. Our APIs power the next generation of green energy apps, with our customers representing over 250 million consumers worldwide. Yet, we’re still at the start of our journey, and we want exceptional people to join us.
About the role
We’re hiring an Enterprise Marketing Lead to help drive Enode’s next stage of growth. This is a high-impact role that will lead our GTM efforts across content, positioning, and campaigns, with a strong focus on supporting our enterprise expansion.
You’ll partner closely with our CRO, Thorvald, and Mikaela, our Head of Marketing, as well as our product, partnerships and wider leadership team to bring clarity to our messaging, structure to our marketing execution, and commercial impact across channels.
You’ll report to our Head of Marketing and be a key senior member of a small, high-performing team. This role will evolve over time with continued scope and strategic ownership.
The exact areas of ownership will evolve based on your strengths and interests, but likely include:
Evolving Enode’s commercial messaging across channels and teams
Leading content planning and execution (case studies, sales materials, thought leadership)
Driving GTM coordination for new products, features, and integrations
Collaborating with Sales and Product teams to support enterprise deal cycles
Prioritising, planning and shipping integrated campaigns tied to revenue goals
Building clarity around marketing metrics, reporting, and quarterly planning
Contributing to marketing operations and overall team structure
About you
We’re looking for a mission-motivated, structured, analytical and highly logical marketer. You should be ambitious, driven to make an impact, and focused on bringing ideas to life. We’re not expecting you to have experience that maps directly to our context, but we’re looking for someone who is naturally curious and motivated to take on the challenge of helping us build our early GTM Marketing engine.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has 5–8 years of B2B SaaS Marketing experience in high-ownership environments
Has worked across multiple Marketing crafts: GTM, content, campaigns, and messaging
Understands Enterprise Sales Cycles and how Marketing can support them
Has strong collaboration skills and experience working closely with Sales and Product
Is both strategic and tactical: you can plan and deliver
Writes and communicates clearly, bringing structure through ambiguity
Can strategically plan and prioritize marketing roadmap
(Nice to have) Experience in climate, energy or regulated infrastructure markets
(Nice to have) Can track content/campaign impact, set basic KPIs and surfacing learnings
What we offer
A stimulating, fun, and caring work environment with high drive and ambition
Opportunity to join an early-stage climate tech startup with global aspirations
Competitive compensation, including a very attractive employee option program
Unlimited PTO & flexible working schedule
A remote-first setup
Stipend for setting up your home office & co-working space
Regular off-sites with the team in exciting locations 🌍

Don’t meet every single requirement? Studies have shown that women and people of colour are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification. We are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
