Enterprise Account Executive - Telco

Neara is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executive specializing in Telco in the US market. As our first Telco Enterprise AE, you'll be critical in leading our sales team to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence in the sector. Your strategic vision, leadership skills, and deep knowledge of the Telco industry will be essential in achieving our sales objectives.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing and nurturing relationships with customers as we expand into Telco. Your ability to navigate complex sales processes and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams will be instrumental in driving success for Neara.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Supercharge Neara’s Telco sales in US, acting as the industry and business development lead
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Establish access and industry knowledge of Telco customers; including better understanding of segment needs and opportunities to support the product roadmap.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral and campaigns that resonate with Telco clients.
Help the product team identify new features and enhancement opportunities to support market expansion and unlock more value for Telco customers.
Identify key decision-makers in target organizations and establish strong relationships to facilitate sales processes.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Utilize your expertise in Telco solutions to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients, addressing their specific needs.
WHO YOU ARE
Previous experience selling software products to Telco customers
Possess strong sales ability to effectively pitch and close deals
Demonstrated expertise in Telco solutions, including knowledge of SaaS sales, fiber attachment processes, GIS, and CAD
Existing network of potential leads/customers in the US in the Telco market
Proven track record of 7+ years in sales, with a focus on the Telco sector
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop innovative sales strategies.

The expected base salary range for this position is $150,000-$175,000. Base salary is just one part of the total compensation package and is determined by factors such as leveling, market location, skills, experience, and other considerations.
