Enterprise Account Executive

We're seeking a motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive at Neara, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth through effective client management and business development strategies.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge geospatial technology solutions, including GIS, Digital Twin, and LiDAR, to provide innovative solutions to our clients in the utilities and power sector. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and 5-10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in SaaS, B2B sales, and utilizing sales methodologies like the Challenger sales approach and MEDDPICC.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand Neara's client base.
Leverage sales methodologies to qualify leads, identify key stakeholders, and navigate complex sales processes.
Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and address any issues.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
WHO YOU ARE
Experience in enterprise SaaS sales and understanding of the subscription-based model.
Strong sales abilities to effectively communicate and negotiate with customers.
Knowledge of B2B sales strategies and the ability to build strong business relationships.
Familiarity with geospatial technology, GIS, Digital Twin, and LiDAR applications is advantageous but not necessary
Proficiency in sales prospecting and cold calling to generate leads and close deals.

The expected salary range for this position is $120,000-$150,000. Base salary is just one part of the total compensation package and is determined by factors such as leveling, market location, skills, experience, and other considerations.
