About the job

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to lead our expansion in French-speaking Switzerland and take ownership of the region, driving both commercial success and cross-functional collaboration.

This is not your typical sales role. You’ll act as the regional leader, responsible for developing the market by engaging key enterprise stakeholders, activating our local ecosystem of partners and prospects, and closely aligning with internal teams such as Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, and Marketing.

Reporting directly to an Enterprise Sales Director, your work will directly contribute to empowering businesses to achieve their goals through our platform. You drive new business sales within existing accounts to continue to accelerate our growth and success with current Contentsquare customers.

Important: This role is open to hydrid mode (max 2 days working from home) in our Paris office or full-remote in France or in Switzerland.

What you’ll do

  • Own your territory like a regional leader: You’ll be responsible for developing our Swiss French-speaking market, working as the key representative of Contentsquare in the region.

  • Lead and manage the full sales cycle from lead to close, for strategic enterprise accounts.

  • Establish lasting relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders in Ecommerce, Marketing, Product, Analytics and Data functions

  • Generate new business through inbound leads, referrals, and proactive outreach using your network and market knowledge.

  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers through cross-sell, upsell, and renewal strategies.

  • Drive ecosystem engagement: Work closely with our Partnerships and Marketing teams to activate and maintain relationships with local partners, event organizers, and communities to increase Contentsquare’s visibility and influence.

  • Act as a connector and orchestrator internally, partnering with Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, and Marketing teams to drive client outcomes and growth.

  • Leverage CRM and forecasting tools to manage pipeline and report accurately, using a consultative and strategic sales methodology.

  • Serve as the voice of the customer within Contentsquare, advocating for client needs and collaborating with product and tech teams.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Even if you don’t meet every single requirement, we encourage you to apply if you’re passionate about the role and believe you can bring valuable skills to the team!

  • Fluent in French and fully proficient in English: our internal teams operate globally, and some clients may have English-speaking stakeholders.

  • Experience navigating complex enterprise sales cycles in a BtoB SaaS environment, ideally both as a sales hunter (new logo / new revenue acquisition) and account manager (existing business)

  • Experience selling at the C-level in a multi stakeholders environment

  • A consultative seller: skilled at understanding your clients' needs, aligning value propositions, and building long-term relationships based on trust.

  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to proactively engage with internal teams and external stakeholders to co-create value for your accounts.

  • A good understanding of the Swiss business landscape, especially in the French-speaking region. Experience selling into or working within this market is a strong plus.
