Engineering Leadership Accelerator Co-Op (2025-2026)
We're looking for high-performing students who are: Majoring in engineering, physics, chemistry, applied mathematics, or a related technical discipline Excellent communicators with a curiosity for understanding both how things work and why they matter Eager to apply analytical and problem-solving skills to real-world innovation challenges Interested in exploring how technology gets evaluated, adopted, and deployed by some of the world's most advanced customers Open to full-time summer roles and/or part-time during the school year (flexible schedules supported) Engage in real customer scenarios: learning how technical conversations translate into business decisions Support our technical sales teams in analyzing technical problems, preparing solution strategies, and identifying key decision drivers Shadow customer meetings and gain exposure to product strategy, use cases, and high-impact engineering applications Develop presentation and business case skills by contributing to internal leadership updates and project reviews Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and marketing Contribute to team strategy, business reviews, and regional planning discussions Collaborate with other interns and new hires across Tektronix to build connections and leadership skills
