EMEA Mainframe Business Specialist - Broadcom - Western Europe (remote offer).

Role Summary
As the EMEA Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in expanding our market presence and driving growth for Broadcom's CA portfolio in EMEA. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key partners, and supporting the execution of strategic sales initiatives across the region to capture the existing base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to expand Broadcom's CA portfolio in EMEA.


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including whitespace and competitive displacement.


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, clients, and stakeholders at the C-level and senior management.


  • Support regional teams in executing sales strategies and achieving business objectives.


  • Collaborate with internal departments and partners to develop targeted sales campaigns and initiatives.


  • Provide leadership and support to regional business development teams, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.


  • Coordinate and manage forecasting and pipeline processes across EMEA.


Required:

  • Proven business development experience in the technology sector, particularly within the IT industry.


  • Experience managing customer relationships, sales processes, and programs.


  • Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.


  • Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.


  • Fluency in English


Preferred:

  • Fluency in additional European languages.


  • Experience working with marketing teams to develop effective Go to Market programs.
