Ecosystem Partner Manager
We are seeking an Ecosystem Partner Manager to own and grow our strategic relationships across the modern data ecosystem, including partners such as Sigma, dbt, Fivetran, Coalesce, Omni, and others. This individual will be responsible for developing go-to-market strategies with each partner, generating top-of-funnel opportunities, and ensuring tight alignment between our partner ecosystem, sales, and delivery teams.
This role is highly cross-functional: part partner manager, part business developer, and part internal enablement leader. The ideal candidate is passionate about partner ecosystems, understands the modern data stack, and thrives in building scalable programs that drive customer adoption and success.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Relationship Management
Build and manage relationships with partner sales, marketing, and technical teams across our ISV ecosystem.
Act as the primary liaison between our organization and ecosystem partners.
Coordinate joint account mapping, pipeline reviews, and field alignment sessions.
Go-to-Market & Demand Generation
Develop and execute joint GTM campaigns, co-marketing initiatives, and events with ecosystem partners.
Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline (top of funnel) through joint sales plays.
Collaborate with marketing to deliver co-branded content, case studies, and industry-specific campaigns.
Internal Enablement & Delivery Readiness
Ensure delivery teams maintain up-to-date certifications, trainings, and skills across ecosystem technologies.
Partner with internal L&D to track certification attainment and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Bring back insights from partners (product updates, roadmap, best practices) to inform delivery excellence.
Strategic Alignment & Reporting
Track KPIs such as sourced pipeline, certifications achieved, and co-sell wins.
Support quarterly business reviews and ecosystem reporting for leadership.
Identify opportunities to deepen partnerships and expand joint solution offerings.
Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years in partner management, channel sales, or alliances, ideally in the modern data stack ecosystem.
Skills: Strong relationship builder, able to work across partner sales, marketing, and product teams.
Technical/Tools: Familiarity with Sigma, dbt, Fivetran, Coalesce, Omni, or similar data/analytics technologies. Proficiency with Salesforce and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tools.
Language: Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
Mindset: Self-starter, metrics-driven, able to balance GTM execution with delivery enablement.
