eCommerce Manager
Acronis is revolutionizing cyber protection, providing natively integrated, all-in-one solutions that monitor, control, and protect the data that businesses and lives depend on. We are looking for a eCommerce Manager to join our mission to create a #CyberFit future and protect all data, applications, and systems across any environment. Reporting to the Director of E-Commerce and Digital Media, this role will be a strategic operator helping to manage daily tasks and drive initiatives that directly contribute to revenue growth. This individual will work alongside an existing team to help build processes, automations, and plans focused on driving revenue through our online store.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Develop and execute comprehensive eCommerce strategies aligned with business objectives
Manage day-to-day operations of online stores, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and order fulfillment processes
Drive traffic and conversions by creating compelling content, managing social media accounts, and executing SEO/SEM campaigns
Analyze website analytics to understand user behavior and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience and improve operational efficiency
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in eCommerce management
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in eCommerce management, preferably within the software industry
Experience working in Cleverbridge e-commerce platform
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tactics
Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
Excellent communication and project management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web development basics is a plus
