What You Will Do:
Lead the data conversion process, including data mapping, transformation, and loading.
Develop and execute data conversion plans, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data needs
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies.
Stay up-to-date with new latest applicable tool and technology releases, features, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Manage data extraction, validation, and cleansing processes.
Develop and maintain data conversion documentation, including mapping documents, conversion scripts, and validation plans.
Display a high level of organization and emotional intelligence.
What You Will Need:
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
Minimum TEN (10) years experience in data conversion process, data mapping, transformation, and loading.
Strong background working with system data models and entity relationship diagrams.
Experience across several functional business areas is needed.
Advanced knowledge of PLSQL for data transformation / conversion.
Strong organizational skills to manage large volumes of data, different types of data, and extractions.
Cloud-based SaaS experience is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Master's Degree
Infor/Hexagon Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) application certification (or any other EAM solution/technology certification)
The annual salary range for this position is $118,000.00-$196,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
