QuinStreet is seeking a strategic, growth-oriented Director, Strategic Partnerships – Lending to lead the performance and expansion of our AmONE Financial Solutions Lending vertical. This high-impact leadership position is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing and expanding lender partnerships, and evolving marketplace strategy to achieve measurable business outcomes.4
You’ll be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, optimizing marketplace performance, and developing pricing and marketing strategies that fuel customer acquisition and partner success. This is a cross-functional leadership role that requires sharp analytical skills, deep market understanding, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders alike.

Responsibilities
Strategic Growth & Vertical Leadership
Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for AmONE’s Lending vertical, including client acquisition, channel expansion, and performance optimization.
Drive budget planning, forecasting, and revenue growth through data-driven strategies and marketplace insights.
Identify opportunities to improve lender ROI and expand client spend across the portfolio.
Develop and manage pricing models and yield optimization strategies to balance volume, margins, and partner goals.
Client Partnership & Marketplace Management
Serve as a senior point of contact for top-tier lenders and fintech partners, cultivating strong relationships that lead to long-term growth.
Lead contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring alignment on business objectives and delivery capabilities.
Monitor and analyze campaign and partner performance; leverage insights to optimize funnel conversion, increase click-to-loan rates, and maximize yield.
Ensure 100% delivery on partner budgets through proactive monitoring, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution
Collaborate with internal teams (Media, Product, Data Analytics, Engineering, Finance, Creative) to launch and scale new features, tests, and marketing initiatives.
Partner with product and engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities based on market needs and partner feedback.
Drive marketplace merchandising, user journey enhancements, and strategic content initiatives to improve conversion and user experience.
Build and manage reporting frameworks and dashboards that align stakeholders and enable agile decision-making.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in performance marketing, strategic partnerships, client success, or vertical marketing—ideally in digital lending, fintech, or financial services.
Proven success in driving revenue growth, managing multi-million dollar budgets, and scaling marketplace or performance marketing operations.
Strong analytical mindset; ability to use data to identify trends, make decisions, and optimize outcomes.
Exceptional relationship management and client-facing skills, with a consultative and solutions-oriented approach.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive initiatives through ambiguity.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
Proficiency with Excel, performance dashboards, and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Google Analytics, etc.).
The expected salary range for this position is $90,000 USD to $145,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. The salary may be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The position is also eligible to receive performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s standard employee benefits programs, which currently include health care benefits; (2) retirement benefits; (3) the amount of paid days off (paid sick leave, parental leave, paid time off, or vacation benefits); (4) any other tax-reportable benefits.
