  • Ensure 100% delivery on partner budgets through proactive monitoring, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Media, Product, Data Analytics, Engineering, Finance, Creative) to launch and scale new features, tests, and marketing initiatives.

  • Build and manage reporting frameworks and dashboards that align stakeholders and enable agile decision-making.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, strategic partnerships, client success, or vertical marketing—ideally in digital lending, fintech, or financial services.

  • Proven success in driving revenue growth, managing multi-million dollar budgets, and scaling marketplace or performance marketing operations.

  • Strong analytical mindset; ability to use data to identify trends, make decisions, and optimize outcomes.

  • Exceptional relationship management and client-facing skills, with a consultative and solutions-oriented approach.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive initiatives through ambiguity.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.

  • Proficiency with Excel, performance dashboards, and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Google Analytics, etc.).
