We are at the cutting edge of IT operations, providing an advanced AIOps platform designed to revolutionize how organizations manage, monitor, and optimize their IT ecosystems. By integrating AI-driven automation, deep observability, and predictive analytics, we empower businesses to solve complex IT challenges, streamline operations, and accelerate their digital transformation. Our platform is central to enabling organizations to achieve superior performance, scalability, and resilience in their IT environments. As a key partner to enterprise and managed services partners, we deliver solutions that enable our clients to leverage our platform in helping achieve scalable, intelligent IT operations.

What we’re looking for…

We are seeking a dynamic, technically skilled, and visionary leader to head a team of Sales Engineers within the AIOps or IT operations domain. You should have a proven track record in pre-sales, solution design, or sales engineering and be adept at collaborating with customers and partners to drive technical engagements and deliver scalable, innovative solutions for enterprise customers. As a leader, you will mentor and guide your team to achieve technical excellence, foster collaboration, and maintain high standards of customer engagement. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership and communication skills, enabling them to build trusted relationships and inspire confidence among partners, stakeholders, and team members. A strategic mindset, a passion for solving complex IT challenges, and a readiness to travel extensively are essential for this role.

What you’ll be doing…

As a Sales Engineer/Presales Director, you will play a pivotal role in building and strengthening technical partnerships with GSIs. You will lead the charge in aligning our AIOps platform with their service offerings and enterprise customer needs.

  • Develop and execute a technical sales strategy to expand relationships with enterprise customers and managed services providers, ensuring our platform is embedded into their solutions and managed services frameworks.

  • Build trusted technical partnerships with key stakeholders, including practice leads, architects, and delivery teams.

  • Lead technical enablement sessions, workshops, and certification programs to train client teams on the platform’s capabilities and value.

  • Engage with client technical teams to design, architect, and implement AIOps solutions that address specific enterprise challenges.

  • Drive Proof-of-Concept (PoC) initiatives, showcasing the platform’s capabilities in complex, multi-vendor environments.

  • Align our AIOps platform with the service offerings and solution portfolios of clients and partners to ensure seamless integration into their IT operations and managed services frameworks.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue co-sell opportunities, delivering tailored value propositions for enterprise customers.

  • Support joint account planning and pipeline development, identifying strategic opportunities to grow revenue through partnerships.

  • Represent the company at industry events and forums to build credibility and strengthen relationships with client stakeholders.

  • Act as the voice of the ecosystem, providing actionable feedback to influence product roadmaps and future enhancements.

  • Provide technical oversight for client and partner implementations, ensuring successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Manage and mentor a high-performing presales and technical team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and personal development objectives.

  • Foster collaboration and cross-functional communication within your team to deliver exceptional outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

  • Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback, coaching, and opportunities for growth.

  • Ready to travel extensively to engage with partners on-site, ensuring successful discussions and relationships

Qualities you possess…

You are a strategic thinker and technical expert who thrives at the intersection of technology and business. Your ability to align our AIOps platform with the goals of clients and service providers makes you a key player in driving transformational outcomes for their enterprise customers.

  • Proven experience in presales, solution architecture, or technical sales, with a focus on client partnerships.

  • Hands-on expertise with AIOps, observability tools, and ITSM platforms such as ScienceLogic, LogicMonitor, Splunk, Dynatrace, or ServiceNow.

  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies, including AWS, Azure, and GCP, as well as containerization and DevOps practices.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to build trust with senior client stakeholders and enterprise clients.

  • A track record of successfully supporting large, multi-million-dollar enterprise deals through partner-led engagements.

  • Proactive problem-solver with a 'get-things-done' attitude and a customer-first mindset.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Experience in creating and delivering technical enablement materials such as playbooks, FAQs, and training sessions for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Proven experience managing and mentoring teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

  • Skilled in setting clear objectives and guiding team members toward achieving high performance and career growth.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading, coaching and developing teams and fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • Passionate about technology and its potential to transform IT operations at scale.

  • Knowledge of: UNIX, TCP/IP, SNMP, XML, ODBC, Syslog, SSH, ITIL, Python
