About the role: 

 

The Director, Product Marketing is a strategic leadership role for Lumivero’s portfolio of research, decision, and experiential learning software solutions. This individual will play a critical role focused on scaling product marketing operations, guiding go-to-market (GTM) execution, and translating product strategy into high-impact initiatives that drive growth. This role manages a team of product marketing managers and acts as the connective tissue between Lumivero’s long-term product strategy and day-to-day marketing execution. 

 

As a key member of the marketing team, the director will own roadmap execution, cross-functional alignment, enablement strategy, and product marketing performance across the full portfolio. They will collaborate closely with product management, sales, demand generation, and customer success to ensure cohesive delivery of messaging and GTM outcomes across the business. 

Key Responsibilities

Go-to-market strategy & execution: 

  • Own and operationalize GTM strategy across product lines, ensuring alignment with business objectives, launch and release cadences, and integrated campaign strategies 

  • Partner with product management to manage roadmap communications, release planning, and launch tracking 

  • Coordinate and unify GTM playbooks, messaging frameworks, and competitive positioning across products and segments 

Functional leadership & team management: 

  • Lead and mentor a team of product marketers, providing strategic direction, prioritization, and professional development 

  • Establish clear success metrics, accountability structures, and agile workflows aligned to Lumivero’s broader marketing and business goals 

  • Drive adoption of the Pragmatic Marketing Framework across the product marketing team 

Sales, partner, and customer success enablement: 

  • Build and scale enablement strategy and content to support sales, partner, and customer success teams across the full customer lifecycle 

  • Develop standardized assets and training aligned to product launches, campaigns, and post-sale onboarding and education 

  • Drive feedback loops and content performance tracking to improve enablement effectiveness 

PMM ownership -- experiential learning: 

  • Directly manage product marketing for our experiential learning portfolio, including messaging, positioning, and release execution 

  • Develop content, campaigns, and enablement assets to drive awareness, acquisition, and retention 

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather insights, inform product strategy, and support GTM and post-sale initiatives 

Cross-functional collaboration & communication: 

  • Serve as a key liaison between product, sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure consistent positioning and product representation 

  • Collaborate with demand generation and customer marketing to translate product value into messaging that drives pipeline 

  • Work closely with the VP, Corporate and Product Marketing on strategic initiatives including platform-level positioning, acquisition integration, and long-term product vision

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. 

  • 8-12 years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably within SaaS or data analytics, with at least 3 years management high-performing teams 

  • Proven track record of owning GTM strategy and execution across multiple product lines or solution areas and industries 

  • Direct experience as a product marketer responsible for messaging, content, and execution 

  • Strong understanding of sales enablement, buyer journey mapping, and campaign planning 

  • Expert communicator and strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution 

  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau). 

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • US-based with ET working hours 

  • Familiarity with the Pragmatic Marketing Framework or similar product marketing methodologies 

  • Experience in the research, education, or data analytics industry.
