Job Title: Director, Product Management – CoPilot & AI Solutions Locations: North America Reports to: VP, Product Management

 

A Quick Snapshot…

The Director, Product Management – CoPilot & AI Solutions will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our CoPilot, CoPilot Studio, and Insights products, along with the respective product managers across CLM, CPQ, Document, and Platform teams. In this role, you will architect conversational AI experiences that transform how our customers engage with Conga’s SaaS solutions. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and customer-facing teams to deliver innovative, secure, and compliant products—fostering collaboration and driving critical customer outcomes.

As the Director of Product Management, you own the end-to-end success of our AI-driven CoPilot ecosystem within Conga’s revenue lifecycle management portfolio. You will shape the future of conversational AI in enterprise software, ensuring that each sub-domain (CLM, CPQ, Document Automation, and Platform) delivers cohesive, high-impact experiences. Your leadership will directly influence our market differentiation, customer satisfaction, and continued growth.

 

Are You the Person We’re Looking For?

Relevant Experience

  • Product Leadership: 12+ years in Product Management, with at least 5 years leading teams of product managers in a SaaS environment. Experience building and launching AI-driven or conversational products is strongly preferred.

  • B2B SaaS Expertise: Proven track record in delivering enterprise-grade solutions to market, ideally in the areas of contract lifecycle management (CLM), configure-price-quote (CPQ), or document automation.

  • Conversational AI & Collaboration: Deep understanding of conversational UI/UX, chatbot frameworks, and AI-based agents. Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders (sales, marketing, engineering, UX) to drive product alignment.

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Adept at setting product vision, prioritizing roadmaps, and delivering measurable outcomes. Skilled at allocating resources and managing budgets for multiple product lines.

Research and Creativity

  • Ownership Mindset: Lead in-depth market research, analyze emerging trends in conversational AI, and drive the vision for CoPilot, CoPilot Studio, and Insights products.

  • Innovation & User-Centric Design: Translate user feedback and data into actionable insights, ensuring products are intuitive, scalable, and deliver exceptional customer value.

  • Cross-Domain Solutions: Balance competing stakeholder needs across CLM, CPQ, Document Automation, and Platform teams while maintaining a unified user experience.

Leadership Skills

  • People Management & Mentorship: Recruit, develop, and inspire a team of product managers. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and user-centric innovation.

  • Stakeholder Alignment: Effectively communicate the product strategy and execution plans to leadership, engineering, and go-to-market teams. Champion transparency, accountability, and clarity.

  • Agile Enablement: Collaborate with Scrum teams to refine user stories, manage release cycles, and ensure timely, high-quality product deliveries.

Analyze and Prioritize

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Define and track key product metrics to gauge performance, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvements.

  • Roadmap Planning: Maintain and evolve product roadmaps that reflect both market demands and long-term strategic goals.

  • Risk Management: Anticipate product or project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.

Customer Experience

  • Voice of the Customer: Stay close to customer challenges, leveraging insights to refine and evolve AI-driven experiences.

  • Feedback Loops: Implement systematic ways to capture and integrate customer feedback into the product lifecycle.

  • Upsell & Cross-Sell Opportunities: Ensure the CoPilot suite of products seamlessly integrates with Conga’s broader portfolio, unlocking new revenue streams and customer value.

Education

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent technical field is required; Master’s degree preferred.
