About The Position:
We’re hiring a Director of Product to lead Gia’s go-to-market (GTM) success. You’ll own the product strategy at the intersection of AI innovation, commercialization, and customer growth. From pricing and packaging to product-led expansion and sales enablement, you’ll ensure Gia reaches the right users with the right value. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role ideal for a startup-minded PM who knows how to drive impact across product, sales, and customer success.
What You’ll Do
Lead GTM strategy and execution for Gia—including positioning, pricing, packaging, and customer lifecycle strategy
Define and validate monetization models across segments (SMB to enterprise), with clear input into forecasting, pricing ops, and contract design
Act as product lead for growth—partnering with sales, marketing, and CS to define product adoption loops and expansion triggers
Launch new Gia features across compliance, document generation, knowledge delivery, and multi-lingual LLM capabilities
Collaborate with Legal, Engineering, and AI teams to prioritize trustworthy, compliant, and scalable AI capabilities
Define and track product-led growth metrics and usage-based success indicators
Lead customer-facing research and feedback loops to align Gia’s roadmap with high-impact pain points
What We Are Looking For:
7–10 years of product management experience, including 2–4 years in AI-native or SaaS GTM product leadership
Proven track record of owning pricing, packaging, or product-led monetization strategies
Strong fluency in AI technologies—especially LLMs, RAG, multi-lingual models, and agentic systems
Experience shipping B2B or HR tech products in fast-paced, startup or scale-up environments
Customer-obsessed, commercially-minded, and able to drive alignment across product, legal, marketing, and field teams
Excellent written and verbal communication—you can brief execs, demo to customers, or write a crisp one-pager

The annual gross base salary range for this position is $180,000- $225,000 plus variable compensation.
