What You Will Do:
Facilitation of Partner Led Initiatives
Liaison between Partner, executive teams, and Clients
Implementation of Partner strategies and executive performance initiatives
Organization of procedures, resources, and data to support executive objectives
Integration of cross-department work streams and process unification
Anticipation and resolution of potential challenges
Support Partner tasks, strategies, and inter-departmental collaboration
Development and execution of routine initiative follow up mechanisms
Identification and communication of Partner priorities and top objectives
Presentation of initiative outcomes and future improvement opportunities
Simplification of complexity for efficiency improvement
Preparation and editor of Partner and executive team materials
Alignment of organizational goals across departments, executive teams, and Client leadership
Meeting attendance and participation on behalf of the Partner
Development of Standard Operating Procedures
Assessment of existing Client documentation
Evaluation of current processes and workflow standards
Identification of workflow gaps and areas of improvement
Observation of system, end user, and auxiliary workflow mechanics
Documentation of workflow steps, standards, and best practices
Conversion, communication, and distribution of documentation
Management of client access and version control
Contribution to overall achievement of Guidehouse fiscal goals-Revenue, Cost, Margin
What You Will Need:
University Degree and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience (relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree)
Knowledge of physician and hospital billing and collections revenue cycle
Ability to travel, as needed.
Experienced executive leadership skills
Leading and participating in simultaneous executive projects
Ability to construct and successfully execute on large, complex project plans
Experience with MS Project or equivalent required
Negotiation of situational solutions/resolutions
Conflict resolution
What Would Be Nice to Have:
Master’s degree
The annual salary range for this position is $118,000.00-$196,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
