Role Overview: Eventbrite is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Sales for the EMEA region, responsible for leading and scaling our Enterprise Sales, Brand Partnerships, Sales, and Sales Development teams across multiple countries including Spain, France, and other key markets. This leadership role requires deep experience in managing and developing multilingual teams, pipeline management excellence, and the ability to drive consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales organization across EMEA, including Enterprise Sales, Brand Partnerships, General Sales, and Sales Development functions.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, growth objectives, and expand market share across key European markets.

  • Provide exceptional leadership by recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent, building a strong culture of accountability, performance excellence, and continuous development.

  • Implement and maintain rigorous pipeline management processes, ensuring accurate forecasting and achievement of revenue goals.

  • Hold sales managers accountable for consistent pipeline generation, progression, and deal closing.

  • Partner closely with Enterprise sales reps, providing direct coaching, strategic guidance, and hands-on support to close high-value opportunities.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and a 'can-do' attitude, positioning obstacles as opportunities to enhance strategy and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience managing sales managers and leading diverse, multilingual sales teams across multiple European markets, particularly in Spain and France.

  • Demonstrated success in driving sales performance, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

  • Proven ability in pipeline management, sales forecasting accuracy, and maintaining disciplined operational standards.

  • Exceptional leadership capabilities, with experience coaching senior-level sales executives and managers.

  • Highly strategic, with strong analytical skills to leverage data-driven insights for growth.

  • Positive, proactive mindset, consistently approaching challenges as opportunities for creative problem-solving and growth.

  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in additional European languages (particularly Spanish or French) strongly preferred.

  • Experience closing complex enterprise-level deals directly alongside sales teams.
