Director of Product Management – Privileged Access Management

Position Overview

Netwrix is seeking a seasoned and strategic Director of Product Management to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of its Privileged Access Management (PAM) offerings. This role is responsible for building a unified, scalable, and differentiated PAM portfolio while driving measurable outcomes across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for PAM capabilities across vaulting, credential lifecycle, session control, least privilege enforcement, and secrets management.

  • Lead and grow a global team of high-performing product managers; create clarity, focus, and accountability across time zones.

  • Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Compliance, Security, and Field teams to deliver secure, reliable, and user-centric product releases.

  • Translate evolving customer needs, market trends, and regulatory demands into actionable priorities and product investments.

  • Own product KPIs including ARR growth, adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction.

  • Lead the integration of acquired PAM technologies and align them with the broader Netwrix product ecosystem and the 1Secure platform to minimize duplication and accelerate value delivery.

  • Support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success with product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market enablement.

  • Represent the product function in customer advisory boards, strategic sales conversations, and industry events.

  • Interface with industry analyst firms (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, KuppingerCole) to communicate product direction, respond to evaluations, and influence perception of the PAM portfolio.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years in B2B software product management, with 3+ years in leadership roles focused on Privileged Access Management, Identity Security, or adjacent security domains.

  • Proven experience managing SaaS-based security products, including full product lifecycle, roadmap delivery, and customer adoption.

  • Deep functional expertise in:

  • Credential vaulting and password lifecycle

    • Session monitoring and recording

    • Role-based access control and least privilege

    • Just-in-time access and secrets management

  • Experience managing post-acquisition product integration and roadmap alignment.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to operate effectively across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with PAM platforms such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, One Identity, or HashiCorp Vault.

  • Familiarity with integrations involving ITSM (e.g., ServiceNow), directory services (e.g., AD, Azure AD), and identity providers (e.g., Okta).

  • Strong grasp of security and compliance frameworks such as NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, SOX, PCI DSS, and GDPR.

  • Security+ or CISSP certification is a strong plus.

  • Pragmatic Marketing Certified or similar formal product management training.

  • Experience contributing to public thought leadership or speaking engagements in the security space.
