Reddit is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead our Small Medium Business growth efforts for our Ads monetization business. In this role, you will be responsible for developing product strategy for mission critical product pillars and collaborating across the company to deliver outcomes for the Reddit Ads Business. This position requires strong analytical growth marketing skills as well as the ability to partner closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, data science, UX and Sales to drive efforts across multiple fronts and ultimately make a large number of small to medium businesses successful on Reddit.

Responsibilities: • Define the overall SMB vision and product strategy • Develop and launch several 0->1 products to acquire, activate and retain SMB customers on Reddit • Set roadmaps for a broad portfolio of products as well as cross functional efforts; define OKRs to guide teams and manage execution of the same • Experience being a key member of the leadership team, advising and setting strategy for the future of the Reddit Ads products • Collaborate with cross functional teams across Consumer, Sales, Product Marketing and others to define and achieve common goals
Required Qualifications: • 10+ years of product management leadership or equivalent experience building, executing and scaling >1M user consumer internet products • Experience building highly scalable consumer and/or Ads products. • Proven experience in building & running high-performing, diverse & inclusive teams • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to manage, mentor and motivate a team, as well as align a diverse set of stakeholders towards a common goal • A 'can do / no excuses' mindset for winning with resource constraints • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience working with Executive-level leadership
Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with growth efforts and SMB is a plus Benefits:
