Director - Financial Planning & Analysis
Who You Are:
You are an experienced and results-driven Director, FP&A, with a strong background in forecasting, modeling, and long-range planning. You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments, where trust, accuracy, and accountability are paramount. With significant expertise in building and improving financial models, you have a track record of providing strategic insights and driving executive decision-making.
About The Role:
We are a high-growth IT professional services company with $400M+ in annual revenue, scaling 25–30% year-over-year. As we continue to expand, we are creating a new Director, FP&A role to enhance our financial forecasting and long-range planning capabilities. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be responsible for leading the build-out of our financial models, supporting M&A activities, and providing strategic insights to leadership and key business functions. This role offers a chance to have a direct impact on the company’s growth, with the potential to evolve into broader leadership responsibilities over time.
Other responsibilities include:
Build, maintain, and continuously improve financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and 5-year strategic planning
Deliver accurate rolling forecasts and scenario planning to support executive decision-making
Serve as a financial thought partner to Accounting, Operations, Sales, and Data teams
Conduct M&A financial modeling and diligence, support post-acquisition integration, and assist with board/investor-facing materials
Create dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI to track KPIs and surface insights
Lead preparation of monthly and quarterly financial packages and executive presentations
Help establish the foundation for a scalable FP&A function, including process and workflow design
Complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies to the requirements section
Identify and escalate security risks to the appropriate Executive Leadership Team member and actively contribute to remediation efforts
Other duties as assigned
Desired skills and experience:
Extensive experience in building and scaling FP&A functions from the ground up
Minimum of five years of experience in a leadership role at the Director level within Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Proven expertise in supporting M&A transactions, including modeling, diligence, and integration
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and long-range planning
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present to executives
Experience within professional services is a plus, with a strong ability to work independently and earn trust
Must be based in the United States.

Pursuant to the NYC Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range in New York City for this position is $170,000- $180,000, plus opportunities for bonus and/or commission. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
