We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on leader to join us as Director of Client Partnerships for our Banking & Wealth vertical. In this high-impact role, you’ll own and grow a portfolio of key client relationships, drive revenue across accounts, and lead a lean team focused on delivering outstanding results.
You will operate as both a business owner and a trusted partner—crafting account strategies, optimizing performance, and serving as the voice of the client across internal teams. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and knows how to turn insights into action. If you’re a proactive problem-solver with a strong background in client management and a bias toward results, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Client Ownership & Revenue Growth
Own a portfolio of Banking & Wealth clients and drive revenue, margin, and long-term growth.
Lead onboarding, strategy development, contract execution, and day-to-day management of high-value accounts.
Identify and execute upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
Build strong relationships across client orgs—from working teams to senior executives—and act as the point of escalation.
Team Leadership & Development
Manage and mentor a high-performing team across Client Partnerships and BD.
Set clear standards, processes, and KPIs to drive consistency, accountability, and excellence.
Foster team growth through hands-on coaching, feedback, and development plans.
Data-Driven Strategy & Performance Management
Use analytics to monitor client KPIs, generate strategic insights, and guide optimization efforts.
Oversee revenue forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking across the portfolio.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve media performance, conversion funnels, and partner economics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategic Initiatives
Act as the voice of the client across product, media, operations, compliance, and finance.
Contribute to vertical growth strategies, operating models, and retention efforts.
Lead strategic initiatives around margin expansion, media effectiveness, and operational scalability.
Industry Insight & Market Awareness
Stay on top of trends in Banking, Wealth Management, and FinTech.
Share competitive insights and identify risks or growth opportunities early to guide internal strategy and client planning.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in client management, account management, or strategic partnerships within financial services, performance marketing, and/or FinTech.
At least 3 years of experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
Proven track record of owning revenue targets, driving business growth, and delivering accurate financial forecasts.
Must have experience preparing and leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with strategic partners or clients.
Must have strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel and familiar with BI/reporting tools like SQL, Tableau, or Looker.
Solid understanding of performance marketing models (CPM, CPC, CPA) and customer acquisition strategy.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with executive-level stakeholders.
Adept at leading cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Familiarity with Banking, Wealth Management, and FinTech products is strongly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
The expected salary range for this position is $100,000 USD to $175,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. The salary may be adjusted based on the applicant's geographic location. The position is also eligible to receive performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units.
