Digital Marketing Campaign Assistant
Growth Assistant is looking for a Digital Marketing Campaign Assistant to help execute and optimize campaigns for one of our clients. The role involves launching ads on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Search, making light edits in Canva, preparing performance reports, managing email campaigns via Klaviyo, and assisting with Salesforce CRM tasks. Ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced remote team.

The Role:
Campaign Management
Launch and manage paid ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Search.
Work with pre-approved strategies, creatives, and ad copy to ensure campaigns meet client goals.
Creative Editing in Canva
Perform light design adjustments, including resizing assets, adding overlays, and editing text/images to align with platform specifications and brand guidelines.
Reporting & KPI Tracking
Prepare and update templated performance reports to monitor campaign metrics.
Ensure accuracy of data and consistency in format for internal and client use.
Email Marketing Support
Build, segment, and schedule email campaigns using Klaviyo.
Ensure timely execution aligned with overall campaign calendars.
Salesforce CRM Assistance
Help manage audiences, campaign tracking, and performance reporting through Salesforce.
Support the marketing team in maintaining clean and up-to-date CRM records.
Team Collaboration & Task Coordination
Work cross-functionally with other marketing team members to execute projects and campaigns on time.
Follow internal processes and workflows while managing multiple deliverables in a remote environment.
The Requirements:
12 years of experience in digital marketing or campaign support
Proven, hands-on experience with the following tools/platforms:
Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
Google Ads (Search campaigns)
Canva (for basic creative edits)
Klaviyo (email campaign setup, scheduling, and segmentation)
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow structured processes
Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
Proactive and organized, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment
Prior experience working in the graveyard shift or US timezone
The Compensation:
45,000 - 55,000 /month
